2003-01-22:  Removed the United Way agency number from the site.  Per the United Way, contributors should write in our name, not our number, as the number may change from year to year.

2002-04-17:  Upgraded online donation mechanism from Kagi to PayPal.  Added KEYclick™ link to the Fund Drive Committee page.  Added call stats to the Programs page and to the Corporate Culture page.

2002-02-06:  Added a link to a training module on Motorola Trunking Concepts to the Monitoring Our Communications page.  Fixed some broken links.  On the Related Links page, added a link to JEMS since they now contain a link to us.  Created index.htm and index.html pages that redirect the user to our actual main page (Default.htm).  This repairs an important link to our site whose construction is beyond our control.  Updated the Support 9 Call Data for 2001 and 2002 (see the Support Team Leader page).  Updated the Standard Administrative Policy on the Configuration & Restoration of the Office Computer.

2001-12-01:  Revised the main page, by popular demand.  Refurbished the Programs page.  Added a proper President page to the Role Portal, along with the Oath of Office.  Updated the eGroups page.

2001-11-05:  Updated the Directors and Officers / Role Portal page.

2001-10-29:  Made the OSCAR System the special feature.

2001-10-07:  Restored the link to the Detailed Usage Statistics.  Now it's on the Info Tech Committee Chair role page.  Added a description of our activities on 9/11/2001 to the Recent Accomplishments page.  Refurbished the pictures on the Our Programs page and the Sights and Sounds Guided Tour area, and the Squad 9 Photo Detail page.  Improved links to the VA OEMS page, which had implemented a redirection.  Made the Membership Requirements and Application page the official page of the vice president for the time being.

2001-09-10:  Made the Role Portal much more prominent on the main page.

2001-09-07:  On the Training & Testing Materials page, changed the name of the former Attendant-In-Charge Exam to the Attendant-In-Charge Challenge now that it is not a part of the department standard AIC release process.  Updated the 2001 Support 9 Call Data (see the Support Team Leader page).

2001-08-29:  Added a role page for the Treasurer.

2001-08-27:  Renovated front page to include drop-down lists.  The site now utilizes it's very first JavaScript.  Improved the Readiness Report pages.

2001-08-17:  Added a section in the Training area for Online PowerPoint presentations, and Christi Budy's Bloodborne Pathogens and Communicable Diseases presentation therein.  Added a lot of KVRS Information Technology stuff, including how full members can get their own @kvrs.org email alias and 340-KVRS voice mailbox.

2001-08-16:  Updated Squad 9 call data on the Squad Truck Team Supervisor page.

2001-08-15:  Removed reference to the defunct vbems-info-tech eGroup from the Yahoo!Groups page.

2001-08-12:  Added role pages for the Squad Truck Supervisor, the Support Team Supervisor, the Information Technology Committee Chair, and the Schedule Sergeant.  For the Schedule Sergeant role, added the Online Availability Submission Forms.

2001-08-11:  Updated Bylaws sections 108 and 207 per the July amendment.

2001-08-10:  Renovated the Directors and Officers page to make it more of a portal into the various organizational units.

2001-08-09:  Another round of updates to the Directors and Officers page.  Added Support 9 Call Data for the current year.  Disabled broken authentication links on the Charters, Bylaws, and Standing Rules page.  Pointed the main page's Special Feature to the Tidal Surge Maps.  Corrected an error on the Training page and added another link there to the Currents online newsletter.

2001-08-04:  On the Associated Organizations page, added a link to the Virginia Department of Health Professionals, Board of Pharmacy.  Added two more check-off items to the EMS-5 Staff Orientation Checklist.  Updated the Directors and Officers page.  Updated a link on the Related Links page.  Corrected a name on the Life Members page.  Updated Bylaws section 207.5 per the May amendment.  On the Recommended Reading page, Added a link to the Currents in Emergency Cardiovascular Care newsletter.

2001-03-04:  Added Squad 9 Call Data and a bunch of Support 9 stuff to the Our Programs page.  Cross-linked the Support 9 stuff all over the place.  Added new photos to the Support 9 Photo Detail page.  Updated the Directors & Officers page.  Added more photos to the Scene Shots page.  Fixed a broken link on the Our Future page.  Added the Higher We Climb ad to the News & Promotions page.  Updated the Life Members page.  Changed the Support 9 picture on the Our Apparatus! page.  Updated some other photo selections.

2000-10-01:  On the Other Rescue Squads page, added links to the new Plaza Rescue Squad and Princess Anne Courthouse Volunteer Rescue Squad web sites, and updated other links.  Added information on how to donate via payroll deduction (CFC, United Way) to the Ways to Donate (Donate Now!) page.  Added the CAAS Standards Mapping page.

1999-12-25:  Fixed dead links.  Added a link to Yoder Dairies, whose headquarters was the birthplace of the Kempsville Volunteer Fire Department (forerunner of the Kempsville Volunteer Rescue Squad).  Removed Awards & Newsletter Archive pages.

1999-12-21:  Added the Wish List link.  Added the poem Twas the Night Before Christmas to the Recommended Reading page.

1999-12-18:  Added the obituary of charter life member William Wells to the In Memorium section of the Members page.

1999-12-16:  Revised the main page so the graphics wouldn't wrap undesirably when viewed through small windows.  Updated the Members pages and the Current Directors and Officers page.

1999-11-24:  Added a section on the Inverted Pyramid of Priorities to the Successful Strategies page.  Improved the logo.

1999-11-20:  Added photo credits to the Scene Shots page.  Added the Extrication and Heavy Rescue links section to the Related Links page.  Added the Requesting No-Interest Loans from City Council Standard Administrative Practice.  Added the prose piece I Wish You Could See to the Recommended Reading page.  Added links to the City's Comprehensive Plan to the Our Future page.  On the Form Letter Masters page, replaced the optically-scanned Tracking Log form with an unadulterated PDF Tracking Log Form generated directly from source (WPD).   On the Charters, Bylaws, and Standing Rules page, replaced the DOC versions of the charters with PDF and WPD versions.  Updated the Current Charter as per the September amendment.  Provided PGP signature files for all charter and bylaw files.  Made minor format revisions to the Main Page.  On the Our Apparatus! page, replaced the pre-refurb picture of Squad 9 with Chris Born's post-refurb portrait; included 920 in the list of ambulances, and Zone 10 in the list of ALS intercept cars.  Created the Squad 9 Photo Detail Page.

1999-09-02:  On the Policies page, corrected an oversight in the Standby Configuration of Hydraulic Tools on the Crash Truck policy, and added the Creation of Annual Budget Standard Administrative Practice.  Updated the bylaws to reflect the recent deletion of section 107.1.  Added the Donate Online page!   Corrected all the bad July 4th links on the Scene Shots page.

1999-07-05:  Added Independence Day pictures to the Scene Shots page.

1999-06-27:  Revised the Form Letter Masters page now that PDF files are available.

1999-05-02:  Added a station siren audio file to the Sites and Sounds page, and embedded it in the Our Past and Our Future pages.  Added a Detailed Usage Statistics page.  Corrected and added links on the Other Rescue Squads page.  Updated the list of directors and officers.

1999-03-13:  Added the Search the Site feature (now that the site has been moved to a server that supports Microsoft FrontPage extensions).   Added a spam-decoy feature to all email links.  Added GoHamptonroads.com to the Related Links page.

1999-03-07:  Added the chart, Understanding the Line Officer Realignment of 1999, in GIF and MS PowerPoint formats, to the Charters, Bylaws & Standing Rules page.  Updated the list of directors and officers.  Converted the Bylaws to HTML and brought them up to date.

1999-03-06:  Added the Scene Shots page!  Added the Newsletter Archive.   Added the blank answer sheet form to the Training & Testing Materials page. 1998-10-31:  Updated the TEMS Council link on the Associated Agencies page.  Added the Our Protocols link to the main page.   On the Charters & Bylaws page, linked any mention of Robert's Rules of Order to the Robert's Rules of Order web site.  Added Our Future section, abeit uncompleted.

1998-10-12:  Updated the Annual Report.   Updated the Policy Statement titled, Standby Configuration of Hydraulic Tools on the Crash Truck.  Added Members section.  Documented the Time and Place of Board Meetings.

1998-10-11:  Reorganized the Policies & Guidelines index, added the new POV Travel and Per Diem Reimbursement policy, and corrected the link to the Operational Guideline titled, Initial Strategy for Attacking a Standard, Easily Accessible Automotive Entrapment with the Hydraulic Rescue Tools.  Updated the list of directors and officers again, and added committee chairs and others.
