Although Bylaws Section 110 specifies the frequency and day of Regular Business Meetings, it does not specify the time of day or the place for such meetings. Therefore, the time of day of such meetings shall be 7 P.M. and the place of such meetings shall be Virginia Beach Fire & Rescue Station #9. Furthermore, when such a meeting would coincide with a holiday, such meeting shall be rescheduled for the following Monday.
