  1. The online voting process is only recognized for deliberations of the Board of Directors. The process may be used at the President’s discretion. Online voting will be treated as a form of special meeting, and the bylaws governing special meetings shall likewise apply. The objection of a single director will nullify an active online voting process.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. A motion must be announced using both the Email and SMS modes of the OscarTRACK QuickMessage feature, and the announcements must be made a minimum of three calendar days before voting on the motion may be closed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. At the request of any board member, the three day duration for collecting votes will be extended by an additional two days (for a total duration of five days).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. No online vote may commit the squad to any contract lasting more than one year.
