Watchbill and Leaves of Absence

  1. Active team members shall stand a minimum of two duties per month.
  2. Duty will run from 0600-1800 and 1800-0600 daily. Prompt arrival by the off-going and on-coming team member is essential.
  3. All active team members shall submit to the Team Captain or his designee a schedule by the tenth day of the current month. The request shall have a minimum of four available dates.
  4. The duty dates assigned are the responsibility of the team member assigned. The team member must pull, trade, or cover the duty.
  5. Any scheduling problems will be directed to the Team Captain, or in his absence, the Special Operations Chief.
  6. Team members will not run a Duty Field Commander shift longer than 24 hours. There must be at least a 12 hour rest/relaxation period between the end of a 24 hour shift and the start of another Duty Field Commander shift.
  7. Team members wishing to take a leave of absence must submit a request in writing to the Team Captain at least 30 days prior to the beginning leave of absence time frame.
