Cellular Phone

  1. Cellular phone use will be kept to a minimum to contain cost during the week. From Friday at 1900 through 2400 Sunday, phone use is "free" so that there will not be any restrictions of use during that time frame.
  2. Long distance calls are not authorized.
  3. Personal phone calls should be kept to aminimum.
  4. Cellular phone traffic may be overheard through "scanners". For this reason, confidential information will be transmitted over a fixed/secure telephone.
