STANDING RULE
"Proxy Rule"

This rule shall constitute a Standing Rule known as the "Proxy Rule".
The Corporation shall allow proxies subject to the following limitations:
No proxy shall be honored unless it is made in writing as part of a written request for
an excused absence, and such request has been granted in accordance with the bylaws.
A member may act as the proxy for at most three absent members.
