When speaking during "Good Of The Organization" time, officers shall refrain from re-issuing orders (including squad and departmental rules, regulations, policies, and procedures), and instead shall report:

• changes to orders;
• initiatives being taken to measure compliance with orders;
• specific measurements of compliance with orders;
• initiatives being taken to increase compliance with orders.

Officers may also offer brief training on the reasons behind orders and/or the proper execution thereof.
