To get a copy of a crew's report for a case in which you or your client were a patient, you must call the Virginia Beach Department of EMS at 385-1999 -- that's 385-1999.

NONEMERGENCY AMBULANCE TRANSPORTS:

We offer nonemergency ambulance transport service to our current members, Life Members, consistent donors, and their families, free of charge. If you are interested in this service, please leave a message at the end of this recording.

SPECIAL EVENT STANDBYS:

There is no charge to have our crews stand by at your event inbetween calls.  For uninterrupted coverage, a fee does apply.
